An engagement session in Florence becomes even more special when the city holds personal meaning, and for Zoe and Joseph, it truly does. This lovely American couple has made Florence their second home over the years, often visiting with their families and always returning to the timeless elegance of the Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, their cherished retreat in the heart of the city. We began the session in the serene gardens and elegant interiors of the hotel. With frescoed walls, sculptures, and Renaissance charm, every corner felt like a scene from a classic painting. For this part of the shoot, Zoe and Joseph chose a casual-chic look that perfectly reflected their ease and style.
Before heading to one of Florence’s most iconic panoramic viewpoints, they took a moment to change. Joseph opted for a more tailored look, while Zoe stepped into a sparkling sequin mini dress that added a touch of glamour to the golden hour light. Their outfits mirrored the shift in mood, from intimate and relaxed to sophisticated and celebratory. As we reached the terrace overlooking the rooftops of Florence, the view was nothing short of breathtaking. With the city glowing below and the sky fading into soft pastels, we captured portraits that celebrated their connection and the timeless beauty of the city that means so much to them.
