Recently renovated and styled with unique pieces of contemporary Italian design, it offers an atmosphere that is both luxurious and welcoming. The manicured gardens, historic statues, and sweeping views of Lario’s opulent villas make it an unforgettable setting for a modern love story.
the bride & groom vision and style
Maya and Tyler are two warm-hearted souls with infectious energy and deep love for each other. Originally from Boston and Alabama, they share a passion for good food, good music, and making every moment count. Maya, a beauty expert and former event planner, had a clear vision: an experience that was personal, joyful, and beautifully curated. Together with Bianco Bouquet, the couple brought her idea to life through refined design and thoughtful details.
The bride looked absolutely breathtaking, effortlessly glamorous and glowing. I especially loved her Mistrelli mermaid gown with intricate detailing, a built-in train, and a removable overskirt. A statement headpiece and delicate jewelry by SuReina added just the right amount of sparkle to complete her radiant look. Her bridesmaids wore lavender gowns in various silhouettes, a fresh, feminine touch that perfectly complemented the wedding summer palette. Tyler exuded understated elegance in a Ralph Lauren cream dinner jacket, paired with black tuxedo trousers. A Tom Ford silk bow tie, and Christian Louboutin loafers complete his look. As a playful and heartfelt nod to their beloved dachshunds, Tyler wore custom socks printed with their faces, a small detail that captured the couple’s fun, thoughtful nature.
Music played a key role in their celebration. Coming from different regions of the U.S., Maya and Tyler blended their backgrounds through curated playlists filled with R&B, Afrobeats, Latin, and hip-hop, the soundtrack of their lives, and of this unforgettable day.

The ceremony was deeply emotional, a celebration of love and connection shared among family and dear friends. From the moment Maya and Tyler walked back down the aisle as husband and wife, the joy was palpable, and so began an evening of celebration.
COCKTAIL HOUR & DINNER UNDER THE STARS
The celebration flowed seamlessly into cocktail hour, where guests enjoyed signature drinks, gourmet appetizers, and live music while soaking in the lake views. During this time, Maya, Tyler, and I explored the villa’s grounds to capture some elegant portraits in its most scenic corners — a quiet moment of beauty and connection before the evening festivities began.
Dinner took place on the villa’s lawn, overlooking the breathtaking panorama of Lake Como. Bianco Bouquet curated a spectacular setting of round tables illuminated by elegant chandeliers, adorned with lush floral centerpieces and surrounded by the soft glow of countless candles. The scene was truly magical. Speeches brought laughter and tears, highlighting the deep love and joy that surrounded the couple.
As the evening unfolded, one of the most touching moments arrived when Maya and Tyler stepped onto the villa’s panoramic terrace for their first dance. Surrounded by loved ones and the warm glow of twilight, they moved to the soulful notes of “This Is Why I Love You” by Major, a moment of beauty, emotion, and connection that truly captured the heart of the celebration. The energy soared as The Music Box band played live under the stars, keeping guests dancing and celebrating into the night.

After the cake cutting, set against the shimmering lake with cold fireworks lighting up the sky, Maya changed her dress. She steps into a dazzling Clio Peppiatt party dress embroidered with pearls and Swarovski crystals. It was a true showstopper that reflected her radiant personality! Then, the celebration moved into the villa’s private club, where the newlyweds danced with their guests until the early hours.
